Colonel's Shave Shop will gladly accept the return of any of our products, within 30 days, for any reason so long as they have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in any way whatsoever. You, the customer, merely must contact us via email (sales@shaveshop.com), phone 1-800-962-5003, or fax 1-512-454-6810, with what you purchased, when you purchased it, and some reason for the return. If you think the item was ugly, then tell us "I think it was ugly." As soon as we get the item and it passes our "non-use" inspection we will gladly credit your credit card in the amount of the item. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
